North Little Rock
Located on the north shore of the Arkansas River, North Little Rock has a growing number of down-by-the-river attractions, including the Arkansas Inland Maritime Museum, the Arkansas Sports Hall of Fame, Dickey-Stephens Park, Simmons Bank Arena, the North Shore River Walk, and the METRO Streetcar. Rockwater Marina is a full-service marina, being the sole provider of fuel and pump-out services in the LR/NLR Arkansas River pool. The $3 million marina has a store/clubhouse, entertainment deck, and 64 slips—34 for long-term lease and 30 for transient boaters.

Rockwater Village, a mixed-use urban infill riverfront neighborhood, transformed 50 acres of abandoned riverfront property into a thriving neighborhood that is now home to over 500 new residents.
